Canik METE MC9LS 9mm 3.64″ 10-Round Pistol with MECANIK MO1
The Canik METE MC9LS expands the MC9 platform with a longer slide and extended grip while retaining the slim dimensions that make the series so versatile. Chambered in 9mm, the MC9LS combines a 3.64-inch barrel, 10-round magazine configuration and factory-installed MECANIK MO1 red dot optic in a compact striker-fired platform.
This all-black configuration features a black nitride steel slide, black polymer frame, interchangeable backstraps and an under-barrel accessory rail. The longer MC9LS configuration provides additional gripping surface and sight radius compared with the original METE MC9.
Factory-Installed MECANIK MO1 Red Dot
A major advantage of this Canik METE MC9LS configuration is the included MECANIK MO1 micro red dot sight. The optic comes installed as part of the factory package, giving shooters a red-dot-equipped pistol without needing to purchase and install an optic separately.
The MC9LS optic interface is designed for compatible micro red dots and supports the MECANIK MO1 footprint along with other compatible optics.
3.64-Inch Barrel and Extended Slide
The Canik METE MC9LS 9mm features a 3.64-inch barrel housed within an extended slide. This longer configuration distinguishes the MC9LS from the shorter MC9 and MC9L models while maintaining a compact overall footprint.
The pistol measures approximately 6.75 inches overall, providing additional slide length and sight radius without moving into a conventional full-size handgun platform.
10-Round Magazine Configuration
This version of the METE MC9LS is supplied in a 10-round magazine configuration. It provides the same core MC9LS platform and features while using reduced-capacity magazines for markets or applications where 10-round magazines are required or preferred.
Slim Sub-Compact Profile
Despite the extended slide and grip, the Canik METE MC9LS maintains a slim profile at approximately 1.16 inches wide. Its combination of a longer grip and narrow frame provides additional gripping surface without the bulk associated with many traditional compact pistols.

Optic Co-Witnessing Metal Sights
The MC9LS features optic co-witnessing, drift-adjustable metal sights. The sighting system provides a functional iron-sight reference alongside a compatible micro red dot such as the included MECANIK MO1.
Interchangeable Backstraps
The Canik METE MC9LS incorporates an interchangeable backstrap system with three available sizes. This allows the grip profile to be adjusted to better fit the shooter’s hand and preferred grip.

Ambidextrous and Reversible Controls
An ambidextrous slide release allows the pistol to be manipulated from either side, while the magazine release can be changed from one side of the frame to the other.
The striker-fired operating system incorporates a trigger safety lever and firing pin block along with visible striker and loaded chamber indicators.
Under-Barrel Accessory Rail
An integrated under-barrel accessory rail provides mounting space for compatible compact weapon lights and other rail-mounted accessories.
