Les Grossman is a supporting character in the 2008 movie Tropic Thunder, a foul-mouthed, dancing Hollywood producer played by Tom Cruise. He appears in a few scenes to create pressure and plot holes for the main characters by confronting the Flaming Dragon cartel and eventually fixing story issues, and his character was developed by Cruise himself, who requested to play him with “fat hands” and the iconic dance moves.
