SIG SAUER P365-XMACRO COMP 9mm Pistol with Manual Safety

SIG SAUER P365-XMACRO COMP 9mm with Manual Safety

The SIG SAUER P365-XMACRO COMP combines the slim, modular P365 operating system with a longer XMACRO grip module, an integrally compensated slide, and a 10-round magazine configuration. This exact factory variant is manufacturer part number 365XCA-9-COMP-MS-10 and UPC 798681681808. It is chambered in 9mm Luger, uses a striker-fired action with a flat trigger, and includes a manual safety.

SIG designed the XMACRO configuration to provide a full, controllable grip while keeping the pistol narrow enough for practical concealed carry. The black polymer grip module measures 1.1 inches wide and includes small, medium, and large interchangeable backstraps, allowing the shooter to adjust the grip profile without replacing the module. A standard M1913 accessory rail provides space for a compatible compact weapon light or other rail-mounted accessory.

Integrally Compensated, Optic-Ready Slide

The 3.1-inch carbon-steel barrel sits beneath an extended stainless-steel slide with an integrated compensator. Rather than attaching a separate muzzle device to a threaded barrel, the compensating ports are built into the slide assembly. SIG specifies this system to help reduce muzzle rise and support quicker, more controlled follow-up shots. The barrel is not threaded, and the slide wears a durable black Nitron finish.

The slide is cut for compact-pattern optics using the Shield RMSc footprint. No electro-optic is installed on this model, so it arrives ready for the buyer to select a compatible sight. Factory XRAY3 day/night sights provide a complete iron-sight system from the start and remain useful in both bright and reduced-light conditions. SIG lists a 5.1-inch sight radius for this configuration.

10-Round Factory Configuration

This version is supplied with two 10-round steel magazines, giving it a 10+1 capacity when a round is chambered. The reduced-capacity configuration makes this model suitable for buyers who need the factory 10-round version, subject to all applicable state and local requirements. Because P365-XMACRO models are offered in several capacities and with different safety or optic packages, the part number is important: this listing is specifically for the manual-safety, non-optic 10-round model.

Controls, Size, and Carry Profile

The P365-XMACRO COMP uses a striker-fired system with a flat-faced trigger and a frame-mounted manual safety. Its controls follow the familiar P365 layout, while the longer XMACRO grip gives the firing hand more surface area than shorter P365 grip modules. The pistol is modular, built around SIG SAUER’s removable fire control unit, and the textured polymer grip helps provide a consistent purchase without adding unnecessary bulk.

SIG lists the pistol at 6.6 inches long, 5.2 inches high, and 1.1 inches wide, with an unloaded weight of 21.5 ounces. Those dimensions place it between traditional micro-compact and compact pistols: it maintains a narrow carry profile while offering the grip length, rail, and sighting features commonly associated with larger defensive handguns.
