SIG SAUER P365-XL ROSE Comp 9mm Pistol with Manual Safety

SIG SAUER P365-XL ROSE Comp 9mm

The SIG SAUER P365-XL ROSE Comp combines the compact, concealable P365 platform with a feature set designed around approachable training, confident handling, and practical everyday readiness. This exact manual-safety model is chambered in 9mm and pairs a 3.1-inch barrel with a ROSE-stylized, integrally compensated slide. The extended slide profile keeps the pistol’s overall length at 6.6 inches while the integrated compensator is designed to reduce muzzle rise and help the sights return more naturally during follow-up shots.

ROSE is more than a color treatment. SIG SAUER developed the program as a training-focused system intended to help newer and developing shooters build knowledge at a manageable pace. The pistol carries distinctive matte ROSE-gold-colored controls, a ROSE-engraved grip module, and matching slide details without giving up the practical features expected from the P365 family. Its black Nitron-finished stainless steel slide, carbon-steel barrel, and polymer grip module create a durable, compact package that remains easy to carry and straightforward to operate.

Compensated, Optic-Ready Configuration

The integrally compensated slide directs propellant gases upward near the muzzle to help counter muzzle rise. Because the compensator is built into the slide rather than attached to a threaded barrel, the pistol retains a clean profile and does not require a separate muzzle device. The slide is also optic ready with the Compact Shield RMSc footprint, allowing a compatible micro red-dot sight to be added without replacing the complete slide assembly.

Factory-installed XRAY3 day/night sights provide a bright, easy-to-find sight picture in daylight and visible reference points in reduced light. Buyers who are not ready to add an optic can use the pistol immediately with its iron sights, while the optic cut leaves a clear upgrade path later. The 5.1-inch sight radius supports familiar pistol-sight alignment in a micro-compact format.

Controls, Capacity, and Handling

This model uses SIG SAUER’s flat striker-fired trigger and includes a manual safety. The safety is an additional mechanical control and does not replace safe firearm handling, proper holster selection, or keeping the trigger protected until a deliberate shot is intended. The extended P365-XL-size grip gives the firing hand more room than the original P365 grip while maintaining a slim 1.1-inch overall width.

Two 12-round steel magazines are included, giving the pistol a 12+1 capacity when loaded according to the manufacturer’s specifications. The magazines sit within the grip profile and complement the pistol’s balance without requiring an oversized extension. The frame also includes SIG’s accessory rail for compatible compact lights and other properly fitted accessories.

ROSE Kit and Training Support

SIG SAUER’s factory ROSE package is organized to help owners begin with secure storage and structured learning. In addition to the pistol and two magazines, the ROSE kit includes a Vaultek LifePod lockable pistol safe, dummy rounds, and a QuickStart guide. SIG also provides access to step-by-step ROSE training content and an online community built around education, encouragement, and continued skill development.

The included dummy rounds are intended for appropriately supervised dry-practice drills after all live ammunition has been removed from the training area. The lockable storage case provides a purpose-built option for securing the unloaded pistol, subject to local laws and the owner’s specific storage needs.
