SIG SAUER P365 XL 9mm Optics-Ready Pistol – 3.7 Inch, 12 Round

Description

SIG SAUER P365 XL 9mm Optics-Ready Pistol

The SIG SAUER P365 XL identified by manufacturer part number W365XL-9-BXR3P and UPC 798681666607 extends the P365 platform with a longer slide, 3.7-inch barrel, and full-height XSeries grip while retaining a slim, carry-oriented profile. This Off-Duty program configuration is chambered in 9mm, finished in black Nitron, equipped with X-RAY3 day/night sights, and supplied with three 12-round steel magazines.

Compared with the original P365 format, the XL configuration provides a longer sight radius and additional gripping surface without moving into a conventional full-size footprint. The extended beavertail and textured XSeries polymer grip module support a secure firing grip, while the flat-profile XSeries trigger offers a consistent contact surface. These features make the pistol suitable for concealed carry, range practice, and users who prefer a little more control than the shortest P365 configuration provides.

Optics-Ready Slide and X-RAY3 Sights

The stainless-steel slide wears SIG SAUER’s Nitron finish and includes an optic plate cover for mounting a compatible compact reflex sight. The factory X-RAY3 day/night sights remain useful as a durable iron-sight system in bright or reduced light. Optic footprints, screw lengths, and mounting requirements vary, so confirm compatibility with both the pistol’s current slide cut and the optic manufacturer’s instructions before installation. No electro-optic is included with this configuration.

Carry-Focused Size

The P365 XL measures approximately 6.6 inches overall, 1.1 inches wide, and 4.3 inches high, with an unloaded weight of approximately 20.7 ounces. Its 3.7-inch barrel and 5.6-inch sight radius provide a practical balance between concealability and shootability. The extended grip accepts the included 12-round magazines for a listed 12+1 capacity when carried with a chambered round, where lawful and when used in accordance with safe handling practices.

Fit, Transfer, and Safe Use

This exact configuration should be selected by its MPN and UPC because P365-family pistols vary in barrel length, grip size, magazine capacity, manual-safety configuration, and included optic. Firearms must ship to a receiving FFL where required, and magazine-capacity restrictions may apply by jurisdiction. Before use, read the current SIG SAUER owner’s manual, confirm the pistol is unloaded whenever inspecting or mounting accessories, and verify proper optic installation and unloaded function. Use only the correct ammunition and follow all standard firearm-safety rules.
