SIG SAUER P365X Coyote and Black 9mm Pistol

Description

SIG SAUER P365X Coyote and Black 9mm Pistol

The SIG SAUER P365X Coyote/Black combines the compact 3.1-inch slide and barrel assembly of the P365 with the taller XSeries grip module. This exact configuration, manufacturer part number 365X-9-CTXR3P, features a Coyote-finished, optic-ready slide over a black polymer frame. It is chambered in 9mm Luger and includes XRAY3 day/night sights, an XSeries flat trigger, and two 12-round steel magazines.

The P365X format is intended for shooters who want a more substantial grip and 12+1 capacity without moving to a longer slide. Its grip module allows a 12-round magazine to fit flush while providing additional gripping surface compared with the standard P365. That combination can offer improved control and comfort while retaining a compact overall package suitable for lawful concealed carry and regular range practice.

Coyote Slide and Black XSeries Grip

This model uses a two-tone Coyote and black color scheme. The Coyote-finished stainless-steel slide contrasts with the black XSeries polymer grip module, making the exact variant easy to distinguish from all-black, stainless, and special-edition P365X models. Front and rear slide serrations provide positive contact surfaces for routine loading, unloading, and inspection.

The XSeries grip module includes a compact accessory rail for compatible lights and other lawful equipment. Because compact pistol accessories vary in mounting dimensions, owners should verify compatibility with the P365X rail and use a holster designed around the final firearm, optic, and accessory configuration.

Optic-Ready Compact Slide

The slide is factory cut for a compact electronic sight. An optic-ready slide provides a mounting path without requiring permanent machining, while allowing the pistol to retain its short 3.1-inch barrel assembly. Buyers should confirm the required footprint, mounting screws, torque values, and any plate requirements for the specific optic selected.

XRAY3 day/night sights provide a conventional aiming system from the factory. Their high-visibility front sight supports fast acquisition in normal lighting, while illuminated references remain useful in reduced light. The pistol can therefore be used with the supplied iron sights or configured with a compatible miniature reflex sight after installation and zero confirmation.

XSeries Flat Trigger and 12-Round Grip

SIG SAUER equips the P365X with its XSeries flat-faced trigger. The design offers a consistent contact surface and a defined break while retaining the striker-fired operating system familiar to the P365 family. Its simple control layout supports efficient operation, but safe handling, secure storage, and competent training remain essential.

Two 12-round steel magazines are included. Their flush-fitting design preserves the intended contour of the taller XSeries grip. Magazine capacity is restricted in some jurisdictions, so purchasers should verify applicable laws before ordering. Owners should also confirm that holsters and grip accessories are made for the P365X rather than assuming that every standard P365 product will fit.

A Compact P365 with More Grip

The P365X sits between the short-grip standard P365 and larger members of the P365 family. It maintains the compact slide length associated with the original platform but pairs it with a taller grip that accepts flush 12-round magazines. This makes it a practical choice for owners who prioritize concealability yet want additional grip length and capacity.

The exact part number matters because SIG SAUER offers closely related P365 and P365X pistols with different colors, magazine capacities, controls, and sight configurations. This listing is specifically for the Coyote-slide, black-frame P365X with two 12-round magazines.

All firearms and magazines must be shipped, transferred, possessed, and used in accordance with federal, state, and local law. Inspect the pistol and magazines at the receiving dealer, review the owner’s manual before handling, obtain competent instruction, and confirm safe operation with suitable factory ammunition at an established range.
