The exact black model, manufacturer part number HOL-365XL-OWB-RH, uses a rigid polymer body and a minimalist profile intended to balance secure carry, comfort, and concealment for the standard P365XL configuration.

Unlike an inside-the-waistband holster, an OWB design rides on the outside of the belt. That position can make the pistol easier to access and may reduce pressure against the body during extended wear. With an appropriate cover garment and proper belt placement, the close-profile shell can also serve concealed-carry needs while remaining useful for range practice or everyday belt carry.

The molded shell is shaped specifically for the SIG SAUER P365XL rather than relying on a loose universal pouch.
