SIG SAUER P320-AXG LEGION SIG-LOC PRO 21-Round 9mm Pistol

SIG SAUER P320-AXG LEGION SIG-LOC PRO 21-Round Model

This P320-AXG LEGION is the 9mm, 21-round SIG-LOC PRO configuration identified by manufacturer part 320AXGF-9-LEGION-RXSL. It pairs a 3.9-inch barrel and compensated stainless-steel slide with SIG SAUER’s full-size alloy AXG grip module. The factory package contains three 21-round steel magazines. Although the model is optic ready, SIG SAUER lists no electro-optic as installed for this exact SKU.

Slide-integrated recoil mitigation

A two-port expansion chamber is integrated into the slide to help reduce felt recoil and muzzle movement. SIG SAUER states that this design can provide up to a 25 percent recoil reduction. Because the chamber is incorporated into the slide rather than added to a threaded muzzle, the pistol uses a non-threaded 3.9-inch carbon-steel barrel. Its overall length is 8.2 inches according to the manufacturer.

The stainless-steel slide has enhanced front and rear serrations and a Legion Gray Cerakote finish. This is a substantial full-size X-Series pistol rather than a lightweight polymer-frame model: SIG SAUER lists it at 36.2 ounces with a magazine, with an overall width of 1.6 inches and a height of 6.3 inches. Those dimensions and the installed magwell should be considered when choosing a holster, case or storage solution.

AXG alloy grip module

The full-size AXG module provides an aluminum-alloy grip structure finished in Legion Gray. SIG SAUER equips it with custom LEGION Hogue G10 grip panels and an extended magwell. The metal grip module contributes weight and rigidity, while the flared magazine opening is intended to guide compatible magazines during insertion. An M1913 rail provides a standard interface for a compatible light or other rail-mounted accessory, none of which is included here.

A skeletonized X-Series flat trigger works with the striker-fired action. SIG SAUER lists no manual safety for this model. Owners should review the P320 manual, keep the trigger protected during storage and carry, and use equipment designed around this exact slide, grip and magwell configuration. The manufacturer also warns that standard 17-round magazines are not compatible while the alloy magwell is attached; use magazines specifically confirmed for the P320-AXG LEGION with its magwell installed.

SIG-LOC PRO optic-ready interface

This SKU uses the SIG-LOC PRO optic footprint. SIG-LOC is a bottom-mount system designed to establish five points of contact between a compatible optic and slide. The system is intended to support a low, secure installation, but the pistol’s optic-ready status does not mean an optic is included. SIG SAUER’s exact model table marks the electro-optic field “No.”

Confirm optic compatibility before purchasing a sight; similarly named ROMEO optics may use different mounting arrangements. The manufacturer lists a 5.9-inch sight radius for this SKU. Any holster should accommodate the compensated slide, full-size alloy grip, extended magwell and the specific optic or rail accessory installed later. Always follow the optic manufacturer’s mounting and torque instructions if adding a sight.

Verify the exact magazine configuration

Several P320-AXG LEGION variants share the same general appearance while differing in magazine capacity, optic footprint and installed equipment. The absence of the -10 suffix on this part number identifies the three-magazine, 21-round package. Magazine-capacity and transfer restrictions vary, so confirm eligibility before ordering. This listing covers the firearm and its three listed magazines; ammunition, an electro-optic, holster and other accessories are not included unless separately stated.
