SIG SAUER P320-XCOMPACT 9mm with ROMEO-RS PRO

SIG SAUER P320-XCOMPACT with ROMEO-RS PRO

The SIG SAUER P320-XCOMPACT combines a compact 9mm X-Series pistol with a factory-installed ROMEO-RS PRO reflex sight. Manufacturer part 320XC-9-BXR3P-RS identifies this exact configuration with a 3.6-inch barrel, XRAY3 day/night sights and two 15-round steel magazines. Its UPC is 798681719945. This is an optic-equipped package rather than an iron-sight-only or merely optic-ready XCompact.

Compact X-Series configuration

The 3.6-inch carbon-steel barrel and compact stainless-steel slide produce a manufacturer-listed overall length of 7 inches. SIG SAUER lists the pistol at 1.3 inches wide, 5.5 inches high and 25.5 ounces with a magazine. The barrel is non-threaded, and the slide carries a black Nitron finish. These dimensions are useful when comparing the XCompact to the larger XCarry and XFULL models.

The medium XCompact polymer grip module has the X-Series profile, including an extended beavertail, a high trigger-guard undercut and a reduced fastback-style carry cut. A low-profile internal magwell helps guide magazine insertion without the bulk of a large external competition magwell. The grip also includes an M1913 accessory rail for an appropriately sized light or other compatible equipment.

Installed optic and backup sights

SIG SAUER lists the ROMEO-RS PRO as installed on this exact SKU, along with XRAY3 day/night sights. The slide uses the PRO optic footprint. This distinction matters because other P320-XCOMPACT packages may ship without an optic or may use ROMEO-X or SIG-LOC hardware. The complete manufacturer part number is therefore a better identifier than a shortened “P320 Compact” title.

Owners should consult the ROMEO-RS PRO manual for battery replacement, controls, brightness adjustment and zeroing procedures. If the factory optic is removed or replaced, confirm the new sight’s mounting compatibility and follow the manufacturer’s torque guidance. Select a holster that is specifically cut for the installed optic and the 3.6-inch XCompact slide, and verify clearance for any rail-mounted accessory.

Trigger and magazine package

The pistol is striker fired and uses an X straight trigger. SIG SAUER lists no manual safety for this model. A suitable holster must fully protect the trigger, and secure storage is essential. Review the P320 owner’s manual before use and follow all applicable safe-handling and transfer requirements.

The factory package contains two 15-round steel magazines. Similar P320-XCOMPACT pistols are offered with 10-round magazines for restricted-capacity markets, so buyers should confirm the exact SKU and local magazine laws before ordering. Spare magazines should be verified for the correct caliber, capacity and XCompact grip fit.
