Selectable Circle-Dot Reticle

The ROMEO-X Compact ROSE provides a 2 MOA center dot and a 32 MOA outer circle. The elements can be selected to suit the shooter’s preference, providing a precise central aiming point, a highly visible outer reference, or the combined circle-dot presentation. The optic offers 15 illumination levels, including 12 daylight settings and three settings intended for compatible night-vision equipment. Compact, Durable Construction

SIG builds the ROMEO-X housing from forged 7075 aluminum. A distortion-free aspherical glass lens, high-efficiency LED emitter, and beryllium-copper flexure system support reliable adjustment and a clear aiming image. The open housing measures approximately 1.62 inches long, 1.22 inches wide, and 0.94 inch high, with a weight of about one ounce including the battery. Its compact dimensions are designed to preserve the balance and handling of slim carry pistols.

The optic carries an IPX7 rating for water resistance and incorporates an integrated rear sight notch. On the Compact model, fiber-optic inserts make that rear reference easier to locate. Battery Access and MOTAC

A side-mounted battery compartment accepts one CR1632 battery. Because the battery can be replaced without removing the optic from the slide, the established mounting position and zero do not have to be disturbed during routine battery changes.
